Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Free shipping products: LED Acne Treatment Pen, Cyperus Rotundus Oil, and Retinol Eye Cream qualify for free standard UK shipping. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our fulfilment partner and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Paid shipping products: Badedas Original Bath Gelee and Olay Vitamin C Body Lotion are dispatched directly by us with a flat shipping fee of £3.50 per order. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days via Royal Mail or Evri.
